The Principals                     

JACK MALONEY, is a well-known entrepreneur and businessman in the greater Hilton Head area. In 1990, Jack decided to become more involved in the local commercial real estate market and switched from owning and managing several successful restaurants and marinas located on Hilton Head to becoming an integral part of some of the largest real estate transactions in the low country. Today, he is broadly recognized as one of the area's most successful commercial real estate agents.

JOHN SCOTT, principal, originally from York, South Carolina, graduated from the University of South Carolina and has lived on Hilton Head for 40 years. He holds a Broker license in both South Carolina and Georgia and serves as the Broker-in-Charge for the company. He holds the CCIM designation. He has vast experience in investment real estate including land tracts, retail, office and warehouse properties and has participated in many commercial projects as both broker and principal.

SPAIN KELLEY, principal, is a native of Winston-Salem, NC and a graduate of Stetson University. He has lived and been involved in real estate on Hilton Head since the mid-70's. Spain has specialized in commercial brokerage and smaller syndications of income properties through a broad base of clients and investors. He was a co-founder along with John Scott of Prudential Hilton Head Properties. He has extensive experience in the management, leasing and disposition of bank-owned properties.

KUY SCOTT was born and raised on Hilton Head Island, SC.  He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  He holds a CCIM designation which he earned because of his vast knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate investment field.
