As the cycle peaked, MMD turned its focus to working with the lenders and private property owners to put the lands they owned back into the marketplace. The other group that joined MSK is Southeastern Commercial Services under the leadership of John Scott III and Spain Kelley who have a combined seventy years experience in the Lowcountry market. Southeastern has vast experience in investment real estate including land tracts, retail, office and warehouse properties. They are also experienced in the management, leasing, and disposition of bank-owned properties.
